We are the UK's leading specialists in quality barbecues offering over 25 years of experience to the customer.
Our Aim
To offer our services and experience to the customer so that the customer will be satisfied that the product recommended will perform to their expectations. We are very keen to give you the highest quality of service that you would expect.
Barbecues and Ancillaries
We are purveyors of quality barbecues, both Gas and Charcoal, and all products ancillary to barbecuing with the exception of providing the 'fare' to cook. Our staff has the widest knowledge of most quality barbecues in existence (and some that are no longer made). We are agents for most quality makes of barbecues and have these in stock and can rapidly obtain others. We carry a large stock of accessories and spare parts to fit most barbecues.
Internet Policy
We are NOT an internet site where you can buy online. The catalogued items are an indication of the items that can be bought at our retail outlets (or over the telephone) where you will receive the full attention and expertise of our staff. We are aware that prices on some internet sites are lower than ours but they reflect the lack of facilities for retail and storage and, in some cases, staff. We would be unable to offer our customers our high standard of service and the chance for the customer to see the product if we were to offer the products at the 'cut-price' rates. No after-sales support for the customer would be possible. WE DO HOWEVER WANT YOUR BUSINESS and, provided you come to one of our retail units with evidence of a lower price on the barbecue you want to buy, we will go some way to MATCH that lower price and still offer you our usual standard of service.
Build and Deliver
Barbecues are supplied in boxes. We can relieve you of the time consuming task of assembly by building and delivering your barbecue. Depending on the area you live in, we usually expect to deliver your barbecue within three working days at an arranged delivery time to suit your requirements.
Bottled Gas
We are Bottled Gas agents and have stocks of patio gas, butane and propane in all domestic sizes. Regulators are supplied with all our barbecues and spares are available.
Charcoal
We carry large quantities of both English lumpwood and briquettes and try to locate the best quality from our suppliers.
Kiln Dried Logs
We carry large stocks of Kiln Dried logs which can be purchased by the bag or ordered in bulk (either 35 or 45 bags).
Mail Order
We are happy to despatch orders to you directly. We will keep our despatch costs to the minimum possible and these will be quoted and agreed with you prior to despatch.
